BMW Airhead cosmetic parts

Fits all R2v series /5 series onwards, narrower than the /6 Series mudguards, it will also fit later bikes nonetheless, 24cm shorter than original /5 Series BMW item, bead edge all around as per original, GRP made, excellent quality, glossy white finish. Pre drilled for fitting accuracy. Compatible with all BMW and Specialists fork braces / mudguard holders on all /5 (with altered brackets) /6 and /7 series up to 1984 (Twinshocks).

Excellent quality universal fitting alloy front mudguard, designed for the BMW 19" front wheels although it can also be fitted to the 18" wheels, 102mm wide by 24mm in curvature height. Quite long, it can be trimmed to size. All eges are rolled for safety and there's a raised edge lip at the front. Finished unpolished. Highly polished stainless steel also available at no extra cost.

Similar to the Ducati 750/900SS Bevel design from the Seventies with a 195mm headlight opening for the most commom round headlights. Made of GRP, finished in glossy white. Excellent quality and finish, not the usual rubbish full of cracks, air bubbles etc, very sturdy and thick. Pre drill marks present for accuracy when fitting the screen. GRP made, excellent quality, very sturdy, finished in glossy white with special inner coating for fuel resistance. FlatRacer FlyScreen, designed and developed by us, to fit all BMW´s R2v /6 Series onwards, including Monolevers fitted with the original 8" headlights. Complete with full fitting kit. GRP made, excellent quality, finished in glossy white and smoothly finished on the inside with GRP surface mat. Not the usual rubbish full of cracks, air bubbles etc. Economical alternative to the cockpit and top fairings, it still provides a degree of wind protection and looks good in the process.

Tail section specifically designed for the all R2v series (NOT GS/ST and later Paralevers). Made of GRP, glossy white finish, no imperfections, air bubbles, cracks etc as commonly found, thick and sturdy, truly excellent quality! Recessed area in the back for 70mm BMW round logo. Fits by inserting tail front peg on frame centre tube and bolting tail rear bracket to the rear sub-frame rear lug. Upholstered seat base, designed to fit the FlatRacer tail section, bolts on the tail by 8xM6 bolts. Tail has pre-drilled marks for this seat base. Finished in high quality black vinyl. Optional alloy trim for an extra £10 fitted. Very comfortable and smart. Available for the Standard /6 onwards 24 litre tank (longer base) or for the longer FlatRacer tank (shorter base by 40mm). Excellent quality universal fitting alloy rear mudguard, designed for 18/19" rear wheels, 140mm (5") wide by 45mm in curvature height. Quite long, it can be trimmed to size. All eges are rolled for safety and there's a raised edge lip at the front. Highly polished finish. Matching front 4" stainless or alloy mudguard is available. Similar rear 6" alloy or stainless rear mudguard ( D shape 150x55mm) is also available as a special order at no extra cost.

Short polished stainless steel rear mudguard, 5" or 6" wide, pre--trimmed and pre-drilled to fit all BMW R2v Series bikes (please specify your model and year and desired width). Total lenght along its curvature is circa 360mm. Comes complete with all the necessary stainless steel fasteners, rubber bobbins and rubber washers, making this kit a very straight forward swap. Discreet and efficient, especially suited for Cafe Racer projects. Alloy versions are also available at no extra cost.

Medium polished stainless steel rear mudguard, 5" or 6" wide, pre--trimmed and pre-drilled to fit all BMW R2v Series bikes (please specify your model and year and desired width). The overhang at the rear is circa 150mm (total lenght along its curvature is circa 900mm) Comes complete with all the necessary stainless steel fasteners, rubber bobbins and rubber washers, making this kit a very straight forward swap. Engine top cover, replacing the starter motor cover and the air filter box. Streamlined for that racy Cafe Racer look. Excellent option if you are running conical filters or bellmouths.
